Result of AGM
Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for most proposals, including resolutions 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 receiving over 99.9% of votes in favour. Resolution 3 saw 98.64% approval, while resolution 10 received 90.83% in favour, and resolution 11 had 99.03% of votes cast in favour.
