In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company confirms that Anne de Kerckhove, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Eagle Eye Solutions Group Plc ("Eagle Eye"), with effect from 1 October 2023.
Ms de Kerckhove will also become Chair of the Board of Eagle Eye at the conclusion of its AGM in November 2023.
Incorporated in Gibraltar, and headquartered and listed in London, the Group operates from offices around the world and employs over 11,000 people globally.
