Essentra plc announces that as at 31 October 2026 its issued share capital comprised 286,504,637 ordinary shares of 25p each, of which 3,456,557 were held in treasury, resulting in a total of 283,048,080 voting rights; shareholders and others with notification obligations should use 283,048,080 as the denominator for determining whether they must notify changes in their interest under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Essentra plc (the "Company") announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 October 2026 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 286,504,637 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these Ordinary Shares, 3,456,557 were held in Treasury.
Accordingly, as at 31 October 2026 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 283,048,080.
The figure of 283,048,080 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
