Essentra plc (the Company") announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 August 2026 the Company's issued share capital consiststed of 286,947,302 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these Ordinary Shares, 3,456,557 are held in Treasury.
Accordingly, as at 31 August 2026 there were 283,490,745 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
The figure of 283,490,745 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
