Result of AGM
EnSilica plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support across all ordinary and special resolutions. For instance, Resolution 1 received 97.19% of votes in favour, and Resolution 13 received 99.19% in favour, indicating broad approval for the company's proposals. The total votes cast for all resolutions amounted to 45,559,679.

EnSilica (AIM: ENSI), a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were passed. Full details of the proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the AGM for each resolution are set out below.
