EnQuest PLC announced on October 31, 2025, that 5,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each were transferred from Treasury to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust on October 30, 2025. As of October 31, 2025, the company's issued share capital consists of 1,890,029,503 ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each. The company now holds 20,000,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,890,029,503.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,890,029,503. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
