London, 16 February 2026 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) issues a correction to the "4Q 2025 Dividend Declaration" announcement released 16 February 2026 at 07:00 under RNS No. 0413T. To align with TASE requirements, the ex-dividend date for the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange has been changed from 5 March 2026 to 6 March 2026. All other details in the earlier announcement remain unchanged.
