London, 14 November 2023 - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) announces that Mr Roy Franklin has resigned his position as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately, in order to focus on his other corporate interests. Mr Franklin's role as Senior Independent Director and on the Board Committees will be reassigned and announced in due course.
In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R.
The remuneration details relating to Roy Franklin's departure in compliance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, will be made available in due course on the Company's website.
