Everyman Media Group PLC has announced significant leadership changes, appointing Sheree Manning as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 24, 2026, who joins from National World plc where she served as CFO since 2023. Additionally, Non-Executive Director Charles Dorfman will assume the role of Interim Creative Director, bringing his extensive 17-year tenure with the company and broad media experience to executive responsibilities. These appointments aim to strengthen the Group's financial and creative leadership.

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group, is pleased to announce the strengthening of its leadership team with the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer and Interim Creative Director.
Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Sheree Manning, with over two decades of experience in senior finance and leadership roles, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Sheree is expected to join on 9 February 2026, with her appointment to the Board of Directors effective on 24 February 2026.
Sheree brings a proven track record of delivering financial and operational excellence. She joins from National World plc, one of the UK's largest local media content publishers, where she has been for five years, serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2023. Prior to this, Sheree has led finance functions in media content businesses, overseeing reporting, operational structures and M&A.
During her earlier career she worked for, amongst others, RBS Group, IMG Media and Sainsbury's. Sheree holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Australia and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia with Ernst & Young in 2003.
Will Worsdell will remain as a director of the Group until 13 March 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.
Appointment of Interim Creative Director
The Group also announces that Charles Dorfman, Non-Executive Director, will step into the role of Interim Creative Director, thereby assuming executive responsibilities.
Charles has been on the Board of Everyman for 17 years. He is a producer-director whose wider media interests include Media Finance Capital, Lumina Media, Untold Studios, ThinkJam and Vespucci; he is also co-creator of the graphic novel series Undiscover'd with former Marvel creative director Joe Quesada.
