Result of AGM
Elixirr International PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with most receiving overwhelming support, including Ordinary Resolution 1 with 99.99% of votes cast in favour and Ordinary Resolution 4 with 100.00% in favour. While some resolutions, such as Ordinary Resolution 2 and 3, saw a smaller majority with 92.54% in favour, and Special Resolutions 19 and 20 received 93.77% support, the overall outcome indicates shareholder confidence in the company's proposals.
