The Board of Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software provider for the built environment, announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be held at Cavendish's headquarters, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 3 June 2025 at 11:00 (BST).
Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to those shareholders who requested to receive them. The form of proxy has also been posted to all shareholders. A digital copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be made available for download from the Eleco plc website at www.eleco.com.
Final Dividend Date
Further to the announcement on 1 May 2025 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company confirms, if Resolution 6 is approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the dates relevant to the payment of the final dividend are as follows:
