Result of AGM
EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for most proposals. Resolution 1 received 99.99% of votes in favour, and Resolution 2 garnered 99.98% approval. Resolution 11, a special resolution, saw 82.54% of votes in favour, while Resolution 12, also a special resolution, received 82.77% support. Resolution 13 passed with 95.16% of votes in favour.

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM-listed global diagnostics business, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
