CAMBRIDGE, UK: EDX Medical Group, plc ("EDX Medical", the "Company" or the "Group"), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services for the personalised treatment for cancer, heart disease and infectious diseases, today announces that Professor Sir Christopher Evans, founder and Chief Scientific Officer of the Company, purchased 45,500 ordinary shares in the Company on January 2, 2026, at a price per share of 10.75 pence.

This transaction follows the recent purchase of 57,304 ordinary shares in the Company by Professor Evans, as was previously announced on 2 January 2026.

Professor Evans now owns 136,119,743 shares in the Company, representing 35.21% of the issued share capital.

The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
