CAMBRIDGE, UK: EDX Medical Group, plc ("EDX Medical", the "Company" or the "Group"), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services for the personalised treatment for cancer, heart disease and infectious diseases, today announces that Professor Sir Christopher Evans, founder and Chief Scientific Officer of the Company, purchased 57,304 ordinary shares in the Company on December 31, 2025, at a price per share of 11.49 pence.
Following this purchase, Professor Evans owns 136,074,243 shares, representing 35.20% of the issued share capital.
