€1M in Revenues now achieved as of 2 December 2024

Eco Buildings Group plc ("Eco" or the "Group"), a leader in modular housing solutions, is pleased to announce that it has achieved revenues of €1,018,368 as of 2nd December 2024, delivering on its commitments announced on 20 September 2024, ahead of schedule.

This achievement reflects the Group's operational efficiency, fulfilling customer orders from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Albania faster than anticipated. Eco's ability to deliver underscores its position as a trusted solution provider to the escalating global housing crisis. As housing demand continues to rise, driven by population growth, urbanization, and affordability challenges, Eco Buildings is proving its ability to deliver scalable, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.

Eco Buildings has already secured two sales contracts with major construction companies, one in Albania, the other in Kosovo, which are expected to generate gross sales revenue of approximately up to €38 million in total per annum over the first three years (approximately €114 million in total) following Admission.
