EARNZ plc ("EARNZ" or the "Company") (AIM: EARN), an energy services company whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, announces that, due to an administrative delay, completion of the acquisition of GEM Newco Limited (the “Acquisition”) and the associated admission of 218,146,725 new ordinary shares (“Admission”) will be delayed. The Acquisition is expected to complete on or before 23 October 2026 and Admission is expected to be the same day as the completion of the Acquisition. A further announcement will be made confirming completion has occurred.
