Publication of AR, Notice of AGM and Board Update
eEnergy Group PLC has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and issued a notice for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 25 June 2026. The company also announced a proposed board change, with Chairman Andrew Lawley not seeking re-election and non-executive director John Samuel set to assume the Chairman role following the AGM.

Notice of AGM and proposed Board change
eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), an Energy-as-a-Service provider delivering energy infrastructure upgrades across multi-site portfolios with zero upfront cost for its customers, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 have today been published, together with a notice ("Notice") convening the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM").
The AGM is be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 11:00 am on 25 June 2026. The Notice, together with proxy forms, will also be published on the Company's website.
Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.eenergy.com.
Andrew Lawley, Chairman and non-executive director, has informed the Board that he does not wish to stand for re-election at the AGM and intends to step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. The Board thanks Andrew for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours. John Samuel, currently non-executive director, will move to the Chairman role following the AGM.

- Generate: Solar PV (rooftop, ground mount, and carport)
- Store: Battery storage (store onsite generation and reduce peak-time import costs)
- Charge: EV charging infrastructure and management
Projects are funded through dedicated third-party debt facilities, including up to £100m of project funding via eEnergy's partnership with Redaptive.
The Group has delivered over 1,200 projects and has installed c.590,000 LEDs, improving learning environments for c.520,000 students.
