Duke Capital Limited (AIM: DUKE), a leading provider of hybrid capital solutions for SME business owners in Europe and North America, notes the recent share price movement and is pleased to provide the following operational update.
Total cash revenue for the quarter ending September 30th was £7.0m, in line with the previous quarter
The H1 interim dividends totalling 1.4p was covered by free cashflow for the Interim period
Duke has a broad portfolio across different industries and geographies, which seeks to demonstrate diversification and resilience through the economic cycle.
The portfolio reorganisations referred to in FY26 accounts have made substantial progress, with materially loss-making divisions in two Duke investments now exited. As the UK market continues to be challenging, we do expect lower recurring revenue to be generated within our UK portfolio in H2 with the key focus of the investment team currently being on improving the performance of the UK portfolio into next year.
Similarly, as referenced in the FY26 accounts, Duke has two capital partners who are in late-stage processes for exits which, if concluded, could have a material positive impact on market expectations for FY27 total cash revenue.
The Directors believe that the current share price sits at a material discount to the current NAV.
Updates on any material developments in relation to either reorganisations and/or exits will be released to the market in due course, and our Interim Accounts will be released 3 December 2026.
