Director/PDMR Shareholding
Derwent London plc announced that on March 27, 2026, several Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) purchased ordinary shares. Paul M Williams, Chief Executive, acquired 5,000 shares at £15.164532, while Chief Financial Officer Damian M A Wisniewski also purchased 5,000 shares at the same price. Directors Nigel Q George and Emily J Prideaux each bought 5,000 shares, with Nigel Q George's purchase at £15.170280 and Emily J Prideaux's at £15.164532, all transactions occurring on the London Stock Exchange.
