Dekel Agri-Vision Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with significant shareholder support for each proposal. Resolution 1 received 481,357,683 votes in favour, Resolution 2 garnered 481,364,877 votes for, and Resolution 3 saw 481,364,628 votes in favour. Resolution 4 was supported by 481,363,450 votes, Resolution 5 by 480,952,343 votes, and Resolution 6 by 481,393,124 votes, indicating strong shareholder confidence in the company's governance and direction.
