"The Group has delivered another year of profitable growth, with underlying operating profit expected to increase by at least 20%, and ahead of market expectations. This continues the positive momentum established over recent years and reflects the successful execution of our strategy, the strength of our client relationships and the dedication of our teams across the Group.

Whilst market conditions have remained challenging in certain territories, particularly across parts of the Middle East and Europe, demand for the Group's specialist dispute resolution and expert services has remained resilient. We continue to invest selectively in talent and capability to support future growth.

The Board remains confident in the Group's strategy, financial strength and long-term prospects, and we look forward to building on this momentum in FY2027."
