The Company announces the following transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.10 ("Shares") which took place on 22 October 2026.
Dominique Highfield (the Chief Financial Officer of DFS Furniture plc) has been granted a conditional award in the pursuant of the Plan. The grant is in respect of the 2025 pro-rated DSP award (as disclosed in the 2026 remuneration report) and has been granted following her appointment to the Board on 5 May 2026 and the completion of her induction to the business.
This award is equivalent to 75% of salary, pro-rated to reflect Dominique's joining date (the "Award").
The number of Shares over which the Award was granted was calculated based on a Share price of £1.55, which aligns to the price used for the grant of the 2025 Award made to the Chief Executive Officer on 23 October 2025 (being the average of the last 3 days closing price before this date).
No consideration was payable for the grant of the Award, which will vest on 23 October 2028 (in line with the 2025 Award made to the Chief Executive Officer), subject to achievement of underpin conditions (disclosed in the 2026 remuneration report) and will be subject to a two-year holding period after vesting.
