Block Listing Update
Boohoo Group Plc has provided an update on its block admission arrangements for its SAYE share scheme, ESOP, and Long Term Incentive Plan. Between January 8, 2026, and July 7, 2026, the company issued 98,489 securities under these schemes, reducing the balance of unallotted securities from 1,821,338 to 1,722,849. No increases were made to the block schemes during this period.
