Result of AGM
Boohoo Group Plc announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on 14 July 2026, where Ordinary Resolutions 1 through 9 were passed, including the receipt of the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 28 February 2026, the re-election of directors Carol Kane, Kirsty Britz, John Goold, and Tom Handley, the re-appointment of auditors PKF Littlejohn LLP, authorization for auditor remuneration, political donations, and the purchase of own shares. However, Special Resolutions 10 and 11, concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights, did not achieve the required majority and were therefore not passed.

Debenhams Group (AIM: DEBS) announces the result of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, 14 July 2026.
All of the Ordinary Resolutions 1 - 9 proposed at the AGM were duly passed. The Special Resolutions 10 and 11 did not achieve the requisite majority and therefore were not passed.
