Result of AGM
GlobalData Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026, with strong shareholder support. The financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, were approved with 99.99% in favour, and a final dividend of 1.2 pence per ordinary share was declared. Directors were re-elected with high approval ratings, except for Murray Legg who received 99.07% in favour and Toby Walter who received 98.62% in favour. The reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors was also approved with 99.98% in favour. Shareholder approval was also given for the Directors' remuneration report and policy, though with lower percentages of 84.45% and 83.09% respectively.
