Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the 'Annual Report') has been published today and is available on the Company's website. The Annual Report, together with the Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders in due course.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 22.2.6, a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
