Non-executive director Magdalena Gerger to step down on 19 January 2027.

Currys plc announces that Magdalena Gerger, independent non-executive director, has informed the Board of her decision to step down as a director to devote more time to her other business commitments.
Magdalena will step down on 19 January 2027. She is a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees and will also cease to hold those roles on the same date. The Nominations Committee have started a process to appoint a new non-executive director.
Ian Dyson, Chair of the Board, said:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Magdalena for her contribution to Currys since she joined the Board in May 2023. Her insight on sustainability matters and the Nordics markets have been particularly helpful, and we wish her every success for the future.”
This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R(2).
