Currys PLC has announced that as of 30 January 2026, its total issued share capital comprises 1,109,734,358 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, all of which carry voting rights. In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('DTR') 5.6.1, the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 30 January 2026 consists of 1,109,734,358 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each and all of these have voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
