Notice of AGM
CleanTech Lithium PLC has announced its Annual General Meeting will be held on September 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The company is also transitioning to electronic communications with shareholders for notices of meetings, financial results, and other statutory documents, publishing them on its website to reduce environmental impact and costs, though hard copies will be provided to those who prefer them.

CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, Frankfurt:T2N), an exploration and development company advancing sustainable lithium projects in Chile, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of CleanTech Lithium PLC at de Carteret House, 7 Castle Street, St Helier JE2 3BT on 11 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
The Notice and a template of the proxy form for the 2026 AGM will be available on the Company's website today.
In addition to the AGM notice, shareholder attention is also drawn to the fact that the Company has chosen to communicate electronically with its shareholders in certain situations. The Articles allow the Company to use its website to publish statutory documents and communications to shareholders as its default method of publication. Therefore, the Company's continued preference is to publish notice of shareholder meetings, its financial results, and other statutory communications, on the Company website at www.ctlithium.com. Doing so reduces the number of communications sent by post which not only reduces the impact that unnecessary printing and distribution of such communications has on the environment but also results in cost savings for the Company. For those shareholders who have expressed preference to receive hard copies, the AGM notice and proxy forms will be printed and posted accordingly.
