Result of GM, Issue of Equity and TVR
CleanTech Lithium PLC announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its General Meeting. Admission to trading on AIM is expected on September 1, 2025, for 63,610,620 Conditional Placing Shares, 8,000,000 Broker Option Shares, and 5,000,000 Retail Offer Shares, collectively known as the New Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of these shares, the company will have a total of 199,346,774 ordinary shares in issue, representing the total number of voting rights. This figure can be used by shareholders to determine if they need to notify their interest in the company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.

29 August 2025 - CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM: CTL), an exploration and development company advancing sustainable lithium projects in Chile, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.
Accordingly, 63,610,620 Conditional Placing Shares, 8,000,000 Broker Option Shares and 5,000,000 Retail Offer Shares (each as defined in the Company's Circular published on 13 August 2025) (together, the "New Ordinary Shares"), for which application has been made, are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 1 September 2025 ("Admission").
The New Ordinary Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, including the right to receive all dividends or other distributions made, paid or declared in respect of such shares after the date of issue of the New Ordinary Shares.
Total voting rights
Following the issue and New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 199,346,774 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and accordingly the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 199,346,774.
