Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM quoted provider of technology and digital solutions, notes that Alludium, its investee company and developer of a no-code AI Agent Operating System, has been recognised as a Select tier partner within the Google Cloud Partner Network.
Select tier status is an earned designation within Google Cloud's updated partner model, recognising demonstrated proficiency and customer impact across Google Cloud and Google Workspace. The recognition reflects Alludium's technical alignment and integration capabilities across key Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Alludium's platform enables organisations to design and deploy collaborative AI agents that operate across real-world business systems. Through its Agent Operating System ("Agent OS"), Alludium aims to move AI adoption beyond conversational assistance towards practical task execution and workflow automation.
The Directors believe that this recognition further validates Alludium's commercial positioning and supports its strategy of building enterprise-grade integrations within established cloud ecosystems.
John Frizelle, Founder & CEO of Alludium, commented: "Select Tier recognition is an important milestone for Alludium. It reinforces what we are building: an Agent OS that helps teams delegate real work, not just chat about it, through practical and integrated workflows. To make that possible, we need to properly integrate with the infrastructure organisations already rely on and partner with leading providers such as Google Cloud to ensure secure and scalable adoption."
John Farthing, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Catenai Plc, commented: "We are pleased to see Alludium recognised within the Google Cloud Partner Network at the Select tier. This milestone reflects the progress the team has made in building an enterprise-aligned Agent Operating System capable of operating across widely adopted business tools. It is encouraging validation of Alludium's commercial positioning, and we look forward to supporting its continued development and market expansion."
