Received Final Payment from Vigilant Disposal
Croma Security Solutions Group Plc has received the final payment of £440,064, completing the £6.5 million disposal of Vigilant Security Limited. This transaction, initially announced in June 2023, was undertaken to allow Croma to focus on its higher-margin Croma Locksmiths and Croma Security Systems businesses. The capital generated from the disposal has been instrumental in expanding the Group's portfolio of security centres, contributing to positive trading performance, with a further trading update expected later this month for the twelve months ended 30 June 2026.

Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG), the AIM listed innovation and service-focused security solutions provider, is pleased to announce the receipt of £440,064 representing the final payment to complete the £6.5 million disposal of Vigilant Security Limited ("Vigilant"), provider of professional security personnel in the UK and Ireland. On 6 June 2023, Croma announced the disposal of Vigilant to focus on its higher margin Croma Locksmiths and Croma Security Systems businesses.
