Result of AGM & Directorate Change
Coral Products PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with resolutions 1 through 8 passing as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 9 and 10 as special resolutions, reflecting strong shareholder support for the company's proposals. Following the AGM, Joe Grimmond retired as Chairman, and David Low assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman. The poll results show significant votes in favour for all resolutions, with votes against and withheld votes representing a small percentage of the total voting rights.

Following completion of the AGM and as announced on 31 October 2025, Joe Grimmond, Chairman of the Company, has retired from the Company's Board with immediate effect. David Low, former Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
