Coral Products PLC announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at 12.00 p.m. at the company's registered office. The Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy, and the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025 have been posted to shareholders and are available on the company's website. Shareholders are encouraged to vote on all resolutions in advance of the meeting, with proxy votes to be received no later than 12.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 November 2025.

Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of specialist plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at the Company's registered office, Southmoor Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M23 9DS.
The Notice of AGM, together with the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025, have today been posted to shareholders and are available to view and download from the Company's website at: www.coralproducts.com/investors
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote on all resolutions in advance of the meeting. Votes may be submitted by completing and returning the enclosed Form of Proxy or via CREST proxy voting (for CREST members) in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of AGM.
Shareholders are reminded that proxy votes must be received by the Company's Registrar no later than 12.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 November 2025.
