Crest Nicholson announces that having served almost nine years on the Board, Louise Hardy intends to step down at the Annual General Meeting in March 2027.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan de Brunner as Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 October 2026. Aidan will also join the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Aidan brings broad board experience across listed, private and investor-backed businesses, with particular expertise in governance, funding, capital allocation and strategic development. His experience advising businesses and supporting companies through periods of significant change gives him a practical perspective on strategy, risk, performance and long-term value creation. Aidan is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Thames Water and Videndum plc.
