Crest Nicholson Holdings plc has announced that as of 29 May 2026, its total issued share capital comprises 257,032,596 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury, which shareholders can use as a denominator for notification calculations. The company also confirmed the admission to trading of 8,862 new ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, bringing the total number of shares admitted to trading to 257,032,596. In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the Rules) the Company announces that as at 29 May 2026 the Company's issued share capital is 257,032,596 ordinary shares of 5p each (Shares). The Shares carry voting rights of one vote per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's Shares under the Rules.
