Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces the immediate appointment of Simon Holden as a non-executive Director, bringing extensive experience in alternative asset classes, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement. Holden will succeed Chris Waldron as Chair of the Company following the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This strategic appointment is intended to strengthen the Board as the Company progresses into its next phase of development.

The Board of Crystal Amber Fund is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Holden as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Simon is an experienced non-executive director with significant operational, investment company and corporate governance experience. He currently holds a number of senior independent director and chair roles and has chaired committees covering risk, management engagement, nominations and remuneration.
During his career, Simon has worked across a broad range of alternative asset classes, including venture capital and growth equity, infrastructure, credit, real estate and intellectual property as a non-executive, investor and an operator. He has extensive experience of engaging with shareholders and overseeing value creation, strategic change and corporate transactions. He also brings experienceas a pro bono government adviser.
As previously announced, Chris Waldron intends to retire from the Board at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Following the AGM, Simon will succeed Chris as Chair of the Company.
Commenting on the appointment, Chris Waldron, Chair of Crystal Amber, said:
