Conduit Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a Bermuda-based multi-line reinsurance business, announces that Ken Randall has retired from the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 November 2026. His retirement follows six years of service and complements the Board's planned succession process.

Ken joined the Board as a founding director of Conduit in November 2020. During his tenure, he has chaired the Nomination Committee and served as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He also served as Senior Independent Director from May 2025 to February 2026 while the Company conducted its search for a permanent Chair.
