Conduit Holdings Limited today announces the vesting of common shares of par value $0.01 per share ("Common Shares") in respect of (i) third tranche of the 2023 deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2022 annual bonus, (ii) the second tranche of the 2024 deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2023 annual bonus, (iii) the first tranche of the 2025 deferred share bonus award made with respect to a 2024 annual bonus. The awards were made to Elaine Whelan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). At vesting, Elaine Whelan acquired a total of 103,616 Common Shares. Elaine Whelan's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 581,457 Common Shares.
