- On 2 March 2026, Ken Randall, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL (a "PDMR"), disposed of 55,000 Common Shares at a price of £4.2712 per share.
- on 4 March 2026, Ken Randall's Self‑Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), a person closely associated with him (a "PCA"), acquired 55,000 Common Shares at £4.34 per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Randall's beneficial ownership interest in CHL remains unchanged at 55,000 Common Shares (including those held in his SIPP).
