Corcel Plc (London AIM: CRCL), the pan Angola-Brazil focused energy company, announces that the notice convening a General Meeting of the Company (GM) has been mailed to shareholders today and is available on the Company's website www.corcelplc.com.

The GM is to be held on Thursday, 20 February 2025 at 1:00p.m. at WeWork, 3 Waterhouse Square, London EC1N 2SW.

The purpose of the GM is to lay the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 to shareholders together with associated resolutions.
