Capita plc announced that two individuals discharging managerial responsibilities have exercised options under the Capita Executive Plan 2021. Claire Denton, Chief General Counsel and Company Secretary, exercised nil-cost options for 45,138 ordinary shares, selling 21,258 shares at £3.83 each to cover tax liabilities and retaining 23,880 shares. Xenia Walters, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, exercised nil-cost options for 47,222 ordinary shares, selling 22,239 shares at £3.83 each for tax purposes and retaining 24,983 shares. These transactions occurred on 26 May 2026.
