The General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates LLP, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on Monday 20 July 2026 at 11.00 am. The Notice of General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at https://www.cph2.com/investors/circulars-documents/.
