The Company announces that the Scrip Dividend Reference Price for the fully paid shares in the Company to be issued to shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 is 104.88 pence per ordinary share.
Shareholders wishing to receive the scrip dividend in respect of the final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 and who have not already submitted a mandate form should return a mandate form to the Registrar, Equiniti, Share Dividend Team, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA by 7 May 2025.
The final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024, including the scrip dividend, will be paid on 29 May 2025 (the dividend payment date), subject to approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025, to the ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 22 April 2025 (the record date).
