The AGM Notice and Annual Report and Financial Statements are available on the Company's website at https://www.coroenergyplc.com.
The AGM is to be held on Tuesday, 7 July 2026 at 10 a.m. at Fieldfisher's LLP's offices, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, United Kingdom.
