Results of the Placing
Coro Energy Plc has successfully completed a placing, raising gross proceeds of £1 million through the issuance of 25,000,000 placing shares at a specified price to institutional investors. This fundraising is conditional on shareholder approval and will see the new shares rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares. The company is a South East Asian renewable energy developer.

Coro Energy Plc ("Coro" or the "Company"), the South East Asian renewable energy developer, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Bookbuild announced on 22 December 2025, conditional inter alia on shareholder approval. The Placing has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £1 million. A total of 25,000,000 Placing Shares will be issued to existing and new institutional investors at the Placing Price pursuant to the Placing by Tennyson Securities ("Tennyson"), acting as broker to the Company. Please note that if the conditions are not met the Placing will not proceed.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those set out in the Company's announcement released earlier today.
The Placing Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the New Ordinary Shares of the Company, including the right to receive all dividends or other distributions made, paid or declared in respect of such shares after the date of issue of the Placing Shares.
