Corpus Resources Plc announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held on September 4, 2026. Ordinary Resolutions 1 through 4 and Special Resolutions 9 through 11 all received 100% of the votes cast in favour, with zero votes against and 30,000 votes withheld, representing 54.83% of the total voting rights of 6,336,306,795. Ordinary Resolutions 5 and 6 saw 99.97% of votes in favour and 0.03% against, with the same number of withheld votes and total votes cast.
