Coiled Therapeutics plc announced the issuance of 934,783 new ordinary shares, comprising 434,783 to a consultant and 500,000 to a vendor, to settle outstanding amounts. Coiled Therapeutics (AIM: COIL, OTCQB: COTXF), the clinical-stage oncology company developing precision medicines for hard-to-treat cancers, announces the issue of 934,783 new ordinary shares of one pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") in settlement of amounts owing to a consultant (434,783 New Ordinary Shares) and a vendor (500,000 New Ordinary Shares). The issue of the New Ordinary Shares is conditional on Admission (defined below).
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around 3 June 2026 ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") traded on AIM.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 426,791,322 Ordinary Shares, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The figure of 426,791,322 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
