Coiled Therapeutics plc has announced its Annual General Meeting will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 am. The company, listed on AIM and OTCQB, is developing precision medicines for hard-to-treat cancers, with its lead program AO-252, a TACC3 inhibitor, currently in Phase I clinical trials in the USA. Encouraging early clinical signals for AO-252 have shown anti-tumour activity and a benign safety profile, with plans to initiate dose expansion cohorts in prostate and ovarian cancer during 2026. The company is also assessing its STAT-6 siRNA program for immunology indications.
