Northcoders (AIM:CODE), a market leader in technology training in the UK, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have now been posted to shareholders and published on the Company's website at investors.northcodersgroup.com.
The AGM will be held at Cubo, No1 Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3EB on Monday, 22 June 2026 at 1.00 p.m. (BST). Any shareholder who wishes to attend the AGM in person is asked to register their intention to do so by contacting chris@northcoders.com.
Whether or not shareholders intend to be present at the meeting, they are requested to complete and return the Form of Proxy, available on the Company's website, in accordance with the instructions printed thereon as soon as possible and in any event so that it is received by the Company's Registrars, Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, B62 8HD not later than 1 p.m. (BST) on 18 June 2026. Alternatively, you may register the appointment of your proxy electronically.
